Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are opened or used for hygiene reasons, or for sale/discounted items, unless faulty.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@thenextskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
